What happens during a Massage?

The therapist may use oils, creams or talc during the massage. These can help nourish the skin and allow a free-flowing massage. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing during the treatment and have a light meal before.

What happens after the treatment?
To gain maximum benefit from your massage, it is advisable to drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol in the hours immediately after treatmetn. If client has any queries, do not hesitate to ask the therapist for advice.
